Urgent Care for Cats & Dogs.

Scout Urgent Care provided exceptional care for my new kitten Teddy when we couldn't get into our regular vet. We were able to get a same-day appointment, the clinic was quiet, modern and clean, and Dr. Hill and the staff showed great care and attention to detail (honestly, more than my regular vet). We had follow up visits to check in on his progress and the experience and service was consistent every time. Also, I have never seen such detailed follow up vet notes - pages and pages of detail outlining the visit and follow up instructions (which were extremely helpful because we had a detailed at-home regimen to follow)! If Scout wasn't an urgent care facility, I would love for them to be my regular vet. This review is long overdue but Teddy is now a healthy, fluffy teenager!

I couldn’t say enough good things about Scout. From the warm, smiling reception to the attentive and thorough care, my experience here was truly amazing. Everyone went above and beyond to make a genuine connection with both me and my cat, Spider.

We brought her in after taking her in as a stray about four weeks ago. Her belly was becoming bloated, and we were worried she might have worms. Instead, the team at Scout immediately and confidently recognized that she was pregnant. They were incredibly kind, gentle, and sweet with her, and took so much time to explain what was happening, how to care for her properly, what to expect moving forward, and how to watch out for her overall well being. The compassion they showed toward her was honestly the sweetest thing in the world.

All procedures, pricing, and plans were explained clearly and in detail. I truly felt taken care of, and most importantly, I felt that Spider was in safe, trusted hands. We are now so excited and grateful to be able to support our baby girl Spider, as she prepares to deliver her kittens in the coming weeks. I couldn’t recommend Scout more for urgent or immediate veterinary care.

Our dogs primary vet recommended Scout, as they could not fit us in when our golden, Mabel, was sick, Very professional and took great care of our her. It was easy to get an appointment and they saw us immediately when we arrived. They walked us through what they wanted to do and why, which made us comfortable. Would absolutely bring either of our dogs here again.
